Assessing organizational maturity

Applying an AI Readiness framework. Analyzing the data infrastructure, organizational culture and employee competencies needed for a successful AI-first transformation.

Process identification & ROI

Workshops on mapping business processes by their suitability for automation. Estimating cost, risk and potential return on investment for selected AI initiatives.

Data security & regulation (AI Act)

Legal regulations, privacy (GDPR vs. LLMs) and preventing leaks of company data. Creating internal policies for using AI tools.

Change management

How to prepare teams for automation. Building internal competencies and overcoming employee resistance to new technologies.

06

Implementation roadmap (capstone)

Participants draft an initial AI roadmap for their organization, defining quick wins and long-term transformation goals.
