Advanced prompting techniques. Using AI to speed up discovery, generate research hypotheses and analyze data.

AI in ideation

Generating personas, user scenarios and variants of interfaces and information structures with diffusion models and LLMs.

Designing AI-powered interfaces

Principles for designing Copilot-style assistants and chat/conversational interfaces (CUI). Building trust and transparency for end users.

Automating UX processes

Building your own AI agents in tools like Zapier and Make.com. Using AI to generate synthetic test data.

AI ethics & limitations

Copyright issues, model hallucinations, algorithmic bias and the future of the job market for designers.
