An intensive program combining cognitive-psychology theory with hands-on interface (UI) and experience (UX) design.
Learning to run rigorous user research, build personas, create Customer Journey Maps and conduct usability audits.
The program culminated in an end-to-end medical-app project covering the full process: from research, through information architecture, to a high-fidelity interactive prototype.
